MATINICUS ISLAND, MAINE
Family Owned & Operated
Matinicus Island is one of a kind. Like stepping back in time when life was a little simpler. You won’t find grocery stores, interstate traffic, or car dealerships…but you will find dirt roads, kids riding on bikes, and a community that comes together in times of need.
Our units offer a unique retreat amidst stunning ocean views, perfect for a relaxing or adventurous vacation. For those looking to explore the outdoors, your journey is just steps away from the front porch. Whether you’re looking for a challenging hike that will take you over the rocky coastline or a leisurely walk to clear the mind, we have that and everything in between.
Spend your days soaking up the salty sea air, visiting the local attractions, or enjoying a nap. From Harbor Point you’ll see the sun rise on the horizon and set behind old cove. You can watch the boats leave and return to the harbor.
